It's for a company ran by westerners with a generally relaxed environment, so no japanese work horror stories incoming, I don't think.
Also I'm a game programmer, I'd rather be doing that in Japan than working for someone like Blizzard or Ubisoft or whatever. Japanese games for sure need better programmers than whatever they have now, desu.
