6 - Patchouli - other SDMs are complete shit, except maybe china
7 - Yukari - very amusing personality despite being arguably the biggest schemer
7.5 - Suika - drunken loli
8 - Eirin - tough call here, but i like her design and backstory the most
9 - Komachi - only one i like
10 - Sanae - she was so great in MoF, both personality and design
10.5 - Tenshi - prettiest dress
11 - Orin - either her or Okuu, most interesting designs and kawaii
12 - Hijirin - top mom
12.8 - Luna - i want to hug her so badly
13 - Seiga - everyone else was shit, almost as annoying as SDMs
13.5 - Kokoro - only choice, but very cute
14 - Wakasagihime - only first 3 designs were any good, just personal taste that i like her more than the other two
