Random or Awakened? Level means jackshit in random nefias, them unique bosses are way stronger than mobs even if they're outleveled by 50-100 lvls (you should be more worried with hordes of Kamikaze Yeeks and their ilk), but the mob bosses are actually strong since their stats got scaled up accordingly. Awakened dungeon is a whole different matter, but you can at least conquer dungeons of 3-5x your own level, though that's before the exp drop rate got buffed into oblivion some updates ago. Ironically, Awakened God race bosses (Atlas, Five-Headed Dragon, etc.) tends to be weaker than Awakened generic mob bosses (Bells, etc) because of their special actions. Picrel managed to finish (and kill off all NPCs in) Act 3 at around lv150 with all stats (except Speed, for obvious reasons) around high 100s/low 200s by spamming Lulwy's porn book, teleport, and dimensional fishing, then I went ham after Enthumesis. Pretty sure veteran players around here can achieve the same with less effort than I did with void pets etc.

Which one? Enthu? Chaos Child? Jaldabaoth? Have you used every buffs you got? Might want to switch your equipment to those with "it enhances your spells" attribute before casting buffs, it's pretty damn strong even for non-casters. If Enthu, spam walls around her, throw some porn books, and shoot at a distance. The other bosses are just scripted events desu, so just run.
