What memories were lost in the ending? Everybody that remembers her in the game she also remembers. Both Toutetsu who she goes on a rant about how awful the Animal Realm was, and Yachie and Saki recognize her.
The lost memories are just her past before becoming Yukari's shikigami.

The part that's not understandable is you forcing computer logic in a fantasy setting. Or do you actually believe slapping a computer fixes it?

Also going by your theory, Ran also has a shikigami, which is Chen. So Ran would also be on the same level of genius if not higher for making a "computer" that not only is completely unreliable because she acts so independantly she's practically useless for any serious application, but she's so independant she just literally manages a town full of cats. What part of the programming is responsible for that?
