Maybe like, each time Sakuya clicks her stopwatch, an infinite amount of Sakuyas are created and throw that one knife. As in, Sakuya clicks the stopwatch, time stops, she throws the knife, and then clicks the watch back into the present. But in that stopped time, another Sakuya was created that also stopped the watch, threw the knife, and then clicked back into the present but with the addition of the leftover knife, which all adds up to an infinite stream on knifes everytime she repeatedly clicks the watch. She could also have a dozen knifes on her that she throws at once.
To add probability to it along with the additional knives, maybe everytime she clicks back into the present, there is only a 50% chance to click back. If she doesn't click back, she throws another knife and clicks again, repeating until she clicks back. But this is with the infinite amount of Sakuyas.
