I just realized Kuroko means "black child"
So could this mean there is a hint of a "white child" and maybe a conflict between them? A conflict of good vs evil...

But this is where it gets weirder. White in Japanese is Shiro. Sound familiar? Kuroko's first name is Shirai and has the same kanji...

So my theory is that Kuroko Shirai or White & Black Child is black and white combined, or good an evil combined, meaning she is the world and maybe one of the most powerful characters and this will become clear later, her ability to teleport around is actually coming from her affinity with the world. It also makes sense that she is a part of judgement because in a way she IS judgement. You could also say it being hinted that she is bisexual (she seems to have an almost sexual attraction to Misaka) is evidence for this...
