I go into my dad's shed, wondering at how it was usually completely filled with parts but now it seemed everything had been sold. I looked for a certain part I needed, finding it in a side room, then left for a bit, came back and it was gone. I went up to him, he had a young cat with him called Jock, I picked it up and took it away. I went on a train ride for a while, arriving at a school. Going by the drinking taps, I try to put on Twilight Tea Room https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mlf_xHB_kgI but some asshole puts a shitty song over it. In a nearby building, it's announced that an anthrax nuke is about to drop nearby, the other people just accept it, I run outside which makes them think I'm crazy. Outside, I start flying away as fast as I can, eventually turning back to see the nuke drop, I put my arms in front of me like Superman to try and go faster, occasionally checking on the smoke cloud that was gradually closing the distance. One time I checked I couldn't turn around properly, I was still flying forwards but maybe I little slowly, while facing the wrong way. The cloud seemed to have mostly dissipated as I passes me, I cough a little and try not to breathe deeply. I'm flying over greenery and through a sparse forest, eventually stopping as I'm sure I'm clear, and there's a greeny cliff ahead of me. I look up at it and I see something like an RPG map, with "CHRISTDIE" as a location on that cliff. Tewi is nearby, and there's three black figures following a while behind her. After a bit she grabs me up, then calls out "Body bag!" as she tosses me up towards the cliff, and I see at least one of those black figures is a shadowy Tewi with a Murky Hand Scythe.

In the same place again, before I had been tossed. I blow a kiss at Tewi wanting her to help. A screen prompt that wants me to type something comes up, I type "geaman" thinking it's similar to goetia(maybe I confused it with gematria), then Tewi tosses me up the cliff, this time I grab onto pumpkins that were growing up it, climbing them to the top, where there's an archway leading into another area, but I can't move from the spot, and looking back there's a white glowing jellyfish headed my way, feeling like it's death. I stop trying to actually move and just stare at the archway, willing myself to go through, and manage to escape. Seiga would absolutely do the same or worse with humans if it amused or was of use to her. Lucky for everyone else that she is so obsessed with Yoshika, everyone but Yoshika that is.

Tewi is taking advantage of peaceful gensokyo to build up her stock of slave bunnies for ??? purpose with little to no regard to the bunnies according to you.

I have no problem with how you describe the methods and it's safe to assume the bunnies don't fully know what is going to happen to them. Tewi could have promised them power or a life similiar to Kaguyas for all we know or they just find it fun to follow Tewis lead.
Could she simply be giving her fellow rabbits a way to attain humanoid forms and a modicum of power out of more than just self serving purposes? We don't know, she dodges Kasens questions by explaining her methods and then hoisting a bunny on her. It sure paints her as a nasty villain and comes straight out of Tewis mouth so I don't fully trust it.

My personal issue and why I partly agree she is evil is the part where she lets them live on the street until taking them back or get gutted by humans who don't want them anymore, then again it's propably neccessary for them to become youkai (it's pretty much the same as how tsukumogami are born, just doesn't take as long)

This is all ignoring the way Tewi herself became a youkai because it's not realistically possible to replicate.
