Guda has no personality or viewpoints of their own because that would end up conflicting with less than accommodating Servants and we cant have the self-insert actually antagonized by their husband/wife collection. They're a complete camera who offers nothing to the narrative or other characters. And what character traits they do occasionally display is incredibly inconsistent or memeshit just their for a laugh. Shiki has an actual personality, unique viewpoint, history, and philosophy of his own that bounces off of and influences others and he's capable of having ACTUAL conversations and interactions with other characters and the time spent with other character isn't just occasionally ticking a choice box. He's an actual person. He just doesn't need to develop like most protagonists in nasuverse because he's already figured himself out for the most part.
