Literally everything since NA Day 1. All the Story. All the Events. All the Interludes from Servants he's gotten himself. Valentines, too. Even some gacha rolls. He even keeps the important fights and even the not-so important ones.
The only content I can think he's missing is things like reading the profiles or the voice lines, and of course, Interludes from Servants he doesn't have, and the profiles of Servants he doesn't have either.
