There's a decent amount of wallpapers fit for dual monitors, but 3 is pushing it. As with anything, cropping and resizing is your friend, you can even enlarge a bit without visibly hurting quality.

I've seen some images that'd be awesome for 3 monitors, center focus with points of interest on either side. Sadly they are terribly small resolutions, which is often the case for the scenic wallpapers I'd like to use.
