Yeah, everything important for shields is learned (pic).
And formations.. I don't think I have anything which would be better. Ideal would be one with alice in front and everyone else in one row behind her, with lower chance of getting hit.
Although Alice does also profit from Marionette Parrar's +100% Eva.

As for luck against physical attacks.. not really. That stuff is always blocked by her, if she can still block. Spells are currently a bit worse, because the Diamond Shield has some Mali on that.
That said, the +40% evade on shields and +100% for Marionette Parrar do also work differently than it would look like at first. The diamond shield has 31 eva, so with a 140% boost it would be 74. That's far away from reality. It's most likely on 100. (With elements being on 75% chance because of a 25% malus. Would explain the always unlucky Byakuren getting hit every now and then. And sometimes two get hit as well.. I think)
