Nishimura Hiroyuki is in trouble with the law, because he wouldn't delete a message relating to buying drugs from 2channel.

Why is Japan so backwards and inferior when it comes to freedom of speech and expression? If this was a free nation like America, people like moot don't even have to care about things like this.
