I think problem with Kiara's design is that Huke dumped a bunch of random attributes on to her rather build up on the concept of her being a phoenix so as a result she overall weak design that feels like there's a bunch of unnecessary shit attached to it
Mori is a reaper, her design looks a modernized effeminate version of the grim reaper's black cloak
Ame is a sherlok holmes derivative, she can time travel but that's emphasized by a pocket watch that doesn't take away from her design
Gura is Atlantean and that emphasized by her having shark-like features and she wears shark themed clothing
Ina is a clthulu cultist with a bit of an eastern flare to it that's emphasized by all the tentacles everywhere and the octopus aesthetic she has
Meanwhile Kiara is supposed to be phoenix but literally nothing about her reinforces that besides that little feathers growing out of the sides of her hair, she's a fast food worker that wears a hyper sexaulized uniform, but she's also warrior that has a weird futuristic looking sword and shield, but she's also a fucking kamen rider that has henshin that she's forbidden from using because of lore reasons
Her whole design is a mess of conflicting ideas that don't mess well together at all when combined, I have no idea what Huke was thinking when he made her
