The problem is that for a game series with recognisable named attack patterns, actually using those names when describing the attack patterns is important.

Nobody calls that spell card "Bullet Hell Paranoia", except for Lost Word. There's zero google results for that name, except for Gamepress, and a 4chan archive showing a post *I* made bitching about this 2 months ago. Everyone in the Touhou community, outside of Lost Word, calls it "Danmaku Paranoia".
