I get the gist of what he's saying but I don't get exactly how meaning is constructed here.

もし良かったらッて感じで isn't too hard (although if someone can concretely explain it that'd be nice too)) but the next part is what I have trouble understanding. 別に必要なければ人. Is he calling her someone who didn't need any help in particular? Why なければ instead of なかった?　From my understanding, 必要なければ is the adjective that modifies ひと but why is it in the conditional form?
