If you really want an insert or one doll forever then get a fabric doll. Maintenance isn’t that hard if you get one with a removable outer skin. And a few little sewing stitches can repair anything

Fabric dolls won’t do this.

Yeah silicone or tpe will have this issue. Dolls should be stored in a position not too different then they were molded in.
