Yep. I prefer to use at least light neg preset, but usually I go for heavy/human focus. But heavy/hf can mess with some styles.
Same goes for quality tag preset. Sometimes you want to disable it for more sovlful styles, "aesthetic" tags tend to make outputs more generic.
