It's less than a month though. Like I said, it's unlikely but I don't think it's unfeasible. Keiichi doesn't seem to learn about Shion if he doesn't meet her.

After Meakashi, he generally will meet Shion due to her going to visit Satoko at school hours, but Matsuribayashi shows she can miss one week of that, so I don't think her missing 3/4 weeks is unfeasible, even if it's not the most likely outcome. She can still meet Satoko outside of classes anyway and Keiichi generally doesn't even see Rika's house.

I'm expecting we'll see Satoko and Shion interaction since the previous chapters said Satoko would use Shion too, not just Mion. Now, if that isn't there, and Satoko just manipulates her without them even meeting, that will be lazy and cheap.

I just think a lot of what you're focusing on, like Shion's schedule and the frequency of her visits, is rather meaningless or ends up being interpretation of your own, so obviously the story wouldn't address that. Now, you do present valid arguments for them, but they're still just your own conclusion rather than stuff that was actually said in the original story and that would need to be directly addressed here.

For example, the general view for Mion Angel Mort was that after her talk about starting over she arranged it all with Shion specifically to meet Keiichi that day. But that's never actually stated in the story. So, the complete coincidence as presented here doesn't actually contradict anything.

And, really, the mirroring arc concept came from R07, so he obviously thinks it'd work out somehow. What really needs an explanation is Shion going to the Saiguden, which is tied to her usually going off-hails by the story itself, not her Satoko visiting schedule. Now if THAT isn't addressed again, it will be a clear problem.
