Yes, since Shiraisi announced grad, I made the promise of honor that I will not touch myself until meeting Manatsu, so 4 months.

Normally in 2019 I had to do it once in 14 days periods to maximize Test production. Males have a more or less 7 days Test production cycle where they have a peak on the 7th day and a 14 days general hormonal cycle period where everything reset back to normal levels on night of day 14th.
