I use the arrows only for zoning and then try to rush and/or combo with the homing arrows.Spamming arrows is boring and easy to counter with lots of attacks (236D, Lia's Gungir, Ange's Leviathan and a long list), you can duck and keep going slowly to her, airdash with Evatrice, create a barrier with Ronove or Shannon, summon Sakutaro...

If you say she must be banned because you can't duck is like saying all the shoto characters must be banned.
