Imo ciconia's cast was handled even better than Umineko's for the first game since not half of them die 5 hours in.
I ended up liking almost all of them (except a few literal whos like Gannet). My top kettes are the crew around Rukhy and Yeladot Shavit for their interpersonal relationships.
