Hey /jp/, wanna help a newfag with GSS comprehension? Good!

Having played through Kiika's route in Gore Screaming Show with ATLAS, I managed to understand what was happening in every scene fine aside from this one. Can some anon who's played it and actually understands moon runes tell me what was happening? All I got was Kiika had some kind of breakdown and something with a "horizontal bar". Is it somehow related to Kiika's impulsive urges to masturbate that I believe are Yuka's fault, correct?

And also, what was the reason that Kiika was so appalled by vibrators and masturbating? Something because she walked in on her mom using one as a child amirite?

Sorry if that's all really off, it's been a while since I played that route.
