Besides the couple of things you mentioned, there's still a lot about Okuu that we don't really understand about her personality and a lot of it is left up to interpretation, but this can only be a good thing in my opinion. Mostly because all the interpretations of her are all fairly likable and not too absurd or exaggerated, with a few exceptions. We can only take what little canon facts we know about her and analyze those things to try and know her better. But there are many good things about her personality that are pretty much universally agreed upon.
