I swear we had the same discussion in a thread before, and it even was about Lily too. It's not about actually ripping people and youkai to shreds, a girl can be yandere solely because she's obsessed about (you).
You're like, confusing the cause and the effect. A symptom of the sickness.
Whether she's following you around, scrounging places for your hair or small belongings like a creep, or setting up situations for you two to be romantic in, drugging you, threatening people, spreading bad rumors, and all that acting like an evil mastermind, or just brutishly carving a path straight towards her goal like a muscle brained gorilla, it's never just about killing or hurting others. In Lily's case she might even actually have violent intentions, but she'd be, at most, an ineffective annoyance instead of a threat to anyone. She's propably too dumb to figure out using a knife.

Even cutesy things like that would quickly get annoying. A yandere would propably want to constantly be around you, you would have trouble with simple things like buying food. And I wonder how would the villagers react to seeing the outsider with an irritable fairy constantly glued to his back.

>kill a fairy while protecting your virginity
>respawns and returns to her attempts to rape you
One might think they're weak, but you will eventually tire out, especially if there's more than one of them. There is no winning here.
Never underestimate.
