I go up to him later, there's a Yu-gi-oh! card with a cute short white haired girl on it, basically Youmu's hair, thought this guy had given me girls before and she might pop up in my dreams. Later me and another guy think this old guy is secretly Planner, we come up to him among an audience and like a couple of geniuses we point at him and call "Planner!" repeatedly. He seems confused, I thought if he was actually Planner he'd maybe turn into his true form and kill us, but maybe he doesn't want to disturb the balance. The old guy says he's Dracula, bringing out a golden axe saying he got sealed as an axe a couple of times, then held it up which binded me in gold chains alongside Yukari who was on the floor next to me all of a sudden. He takes me to a balcony and says "Ok, there's two things, first thing is..." Yukari, still on the floor, looked annoyed as if she wanted to say the first thing is unbinding us, which he did. Then he said "Second thing is, about manifestation..." stopping there looking like he doesn't want to tell me, Yukari also looks like she's got something I don't want to her, I thought "What, I'll manifest Rainbow Dash?" Yukari, still on the floor, says "Your dreams are gasps of eternity, but to other people it's not like that" Dracula maybe says I'll manifest her but she won't be right. I left, then came back in a minute saying "What, do I need 30 Yukari mastery and 30 Concentration mastery to be able to manifest her correctly?" I had just leveled up to ~3 Yukari mastery earlier, 30 was max. He doesn't get to answer because someone was climbing up the side of the building next to us, some guards coming out after him.
