You're right. But it's fun to imagine how that relationship would work long term, if at all.
This ending >>39855295 is as close as it gets to being objectively good. Have to wonder what became of Saya afterwards though.

Just finished Saya no Uta, and wanted to share my thoughts of it, sadly the thread just got deleted, so here's a new one.

Music was much better than expected, but the sex scenes felt really too long and stretched, feels like too much value was placed on raw sex instead of intimate and more meaningful ways to develop their relationship and passion, also, was the rape scene truly necessary, it only showed that nothing is sacred here, but it didn't seem to hold much meaning or relevancy for a such powerful scene that it was, it also placed some bad doubts about the "true ending" in my mind, if you know what I mean...

I don't know if I missed anything, but what do you think caused the main characters hellish psychological condition? Obviously it was done by Sayas "father", but I don't remember any implications of that or the motives, it was implied that Saya herself does not lie, has not modified brains before, and was surprised when the main character was not afraid of her, that condition being just a mere accident without any bigger meaning would be a huge turn off for me.
