not a Mamkhan sir or a Mamkhan hater (I really fkn enjoyed her in her Maasa Matsuhisa form in that oyakodon she did with Nozomi Sasayama - see pic related) but honestly... as a hagchad, my main concern is that faces who undergo PS too young usually can't age normally/gracefully anymore; the underlying face is doing one thing while the surface level is doing something else. It's like the DNA has an originally extrapolated future face that's no longer able to materialise because of the physical disconnect between surface and subsurface facial musculature (or sometimes the face is just completely remodelled and too different).
This mismatch in Ripening Rhythm usually causes someone to age strangely or, worse, really terribly. Even if she doesn't obsess over retaining her youth, she might at least feel compelled to get more procedures to fix some of the emergent issues from an out-of-sync Ripening Rhythm, but then this is a slippery slope of constant "corrective" procedures -- we see this all the time in many celebrities.

I will pray for Mamkhan! If she by some miracle ages fairly (in the best case scenario, I would suspect a trajectory more towards a clearly "enhanced" angularly-featured former idol trophy wife style of hag rather than comfy pocchari hag), I will definitely try to fkn enjoy her
