I hope this is the right place to post this, as I didn't want to shit up the board with my own thread.

When one downloads a game from nyaa or Mikokon, how do you go about installing/playing it, if it's one of those ones with a .iso?

I assume that you just install a virtual CD drive program and mount it with that and it should be fine, but is there anything in particular I need to take care of such as locale? Is there any particular virtual CD software you'd recommend? (I use Win 7)
