I don't know where you heard such a thing but that isn't true at all. I'm learning Japanese through Rosetta Stone, and it specifically taught me that kuso means good. I got to talk to some real Japanese people on it, and they all seemed content when I told them that they were kuso and that I hoped they had a kuso day. They would smile and look away from the camera, as if in awe of my mastery of Japanese in such a short time.

You seem to be a bitter person, but it's okay anon, one day you can be a kuso person too. I wish you a kuso day.
