It has by far the best looking lips (coloring not as strong as the preview images but they look great) I have seen and the teeth are extremely soft, there's little gap between top and bottom teeth though so the tongue is a bit far back but not too out of the way.
Overall it kinda works (at least better than Mouth of Truth for me) but to get immersed in that you're really gonna need a doll.
