Minato Riku was in Zero, not 5.
It's just happen that the short-haired hostess in 5 is named Riku as well, but she's not based on Minato Riku.
I don't think hostesses in 5 is based on real person like previous series. Their voice actor, at least that Riku, is popular anime voice actress.
