So tomorrow during the transfer ceremony they're going to announce the new student council president. Who do you think will be it?

I'm betting on Moa, with Hana as the vice president(president while Moa is out for overseas activities). Moa being in Babymetal and being the face of Sakura Gakuin will bring a lot of media attention to the latter group, and her expression are good for the cameras. Hana has the looks and the voice, and even if her expression isn't too good, at least she has a stern, silent beauty look to contrast Moa's jovial, playful expressions.
