I am the anon that posted this. This ruling came this week! It's brand-new as the case went up to the highest court after getting appealed by lawyers. That means the law stands in Norway - any sexual depiction of minors be it 3D, text, film, it's all illegal. And don't think it's only Norway, Scandinavia and multiple countries have old laws which can be interpreted this way.

What I meant is that the reason it got banned for good reasons is that essentially the people that order this is not you guys, which I expect to not be going for real children, but people who are actual abusers. If you ask me this should be legal, I agree with you better they do this than go attack some real person, but people disagree saying it's going to enable them by having them want more and therefore they will keep them from them at all costs.

If you order a plastic pussy online or watch your hentai nobody is going to give a shit about this law, it's only going to be used for things Iike this. See pic related. Also, remember that manga translator that was fined in Sweden ten years ago for having images depicting children. The only reason he got fucked was because his ex-wife reported him for that after they got divorced over something, so she went full revenge mode, in the end he got a discount by the court for his profession and paid only some small fees. If nobody had reported him nobody would care, and as you see if you show old enforcement people very sexualized minors in a manga they will react rather negatively to it.

End of my novel holy shit next time I'm not writing 10000 words
