Is it ok for a native to comment?

Howdy:) so I’m Japanese. I just found this place yesterday and I commented on quite a few posts so far. But i just now realised that that may not be so welcomed cuz people can also learn Japanese by commenting or thinking about answers to a question and I’m taking away those opportunities. I also really don’t wanna sound condescending or critical so I end up putting a lot of this :) at the end of sentences.

I’m actually struggling a little bit with job hunting so it was nice to feel useful to someone hehe and I might’ve gone overboard and commented too much.

So thats my concern right now:)
