3. Lich Necromancer
This quiet, intelligent woman is looking for a place to continue her 'experiments'. Out of the reach of the law.
She's a necromancer, wielder of forbidden magic and defiler of the peaceful dead. There's no question to her skill, she's been around for many centuries. You'll be very safe.
If you accept her terms, she'll show up one night with her Undead servants, who will then construct a laboratory-castle somewhere on your land. It's needless to say she'll be staying for a while.
What are her terms you might ask? Well first and foremost, she gets access to your graveyard, any dead loved ones can be used in her necromantic experiments. She will also require a lab assistant. She will test the young men in magic and intelligence, then select the best candidate for her apprentice.

4. Oni Sisters
A group of 5 Oni sisters, ranging in different colors: One is red, another is blue, purple, green and black.
Though they vary in personality, they all like three things, drinking, fucking and fighting. You'll want to satisfy their needs if you don't want them causing trouble in your village.
These Oni sisters will want to fight, and if they don't get one for a while, they'll go around your village looking for one. As long as there's some threat to hold their attention, they'll go deal with it and beat the fuck out of them.
In order to keep The Onis happy, you'll need to give them sake on tap. So a sake brewery will be necessary. The Oni sisters will actually be somewhat friendly if drunk, but if sober you'll want to stay out of their way.
As for fucking, much like the Salamander they'll want to fuck who they want, when they want. If you want to stop them from taking husbands away from their wives for a night of brutal love-making, you might need to arrange 'entertainment' for them from the young single men.
