What do you guys use to manage your digital collection of manga/LNs/VNs/anime?

I know the collection management thread on /h/ has a really good guide for things like this and I was thinking about trying HappyPanda or PandaViewer to organize non-H manga -- has anyone tried this? Are there better alternatives?

Caliber seems to be the go-to for ebook library management.

Maybe I just need to man up and invest 80 hours or whatever it's going to take to properly file things away and perhaps make an accompanying spreadsheet to keep track of details like whether or not a series is ongoing or complete, read or not read, etc.
