I know just how ridiculously powerful low tier monsters can become. You ever play Dragon Quest monster? Gem Slimes weren't even the final form of slimes but were stupidly powerful. Your starter Pixie in SMT Nocturne has a super form unlocked in Lucifer's call. In Digimon many of the lowly weaker rookies like Patamon are able to become super powerful digimon like Slash Angemon in World 3.

My problem is the fear of failure to get them to a point I don't have to worry about being beaten up by other people. I'm small and frail, always have been. I can't fight. I need someone ease that fear...

Yeah It's an odd situation Slimes have. I've always envisioned that when a Slime reproduces, the bud pops off into one of those tiny roomba slimes, and they stay that way until they've dissolved a sufficient amount of liquid and nutrients to grow properly.

So basically, If my waifu ever reproduced, I would take the little Slime out back, put her in the kiddy pool, and spray her with the garden hose until she was a young teen.

Summer is officially gone now that there's snow out there. Let's take a moment to remember the carefree times and the warmth.
