How does Sakuya manage to throw a constant stream of knives without getting tired?

Is she throwing them in real time or periodically stopping time to make it seem so? Would she take breaks when she stops time then? Tea, nap, bathroom breaks?

Does she have special pants pockets that lead to dimensions full of knives or does she have to walk out of fights to retrieve a fresh batch?

Why doesn't she just do all her duties when she stops time so she can have all the free time in the world?

Why doesn't she just throw her opponents into the sun?
