I messed up the wig BADLY. It must remain curly for the character though so I'll have to tone down the frizzes. Once she have her hat on, the messy hair will be less apparent. Ideally, she's need a with twice the hair but for now, this default wig will do.

As for the vest, I'm going to fix it with a wire. I'll go to a pro seamstress to have her fold the fabric seam over the steel wire and sew that on. It will shorten the vest and I'll be able to literally bend it to my will! Making the vest either form fitting or floaty as I wish. It's size will also be reduced to what it should be.
