Probably a mask and costume that are super detailed, but also practical: comfy shapewear, easy to put on, doesn't fall apart at a con.

I had an idea a long time ago for a mecha-waifu kig based on Northstar from TiF2 who'd have shoulder launchers, pieces of armour and a huge gun and props like that. I don't think I could make those props to a high quality (yet) let alone a matching mask.

Also an expensive personal trainer to get fit
