Nah. This isn't my first older game either, and I've even posted about them here in the last years. I try to play some older games once in a while, because I like the difference compared to newer games and the atmosphere they were going for quite a bit in the older charage. Even though that of course can still turn out not very good like pic related.
I just tend to not go that far back, because everything below 800*600 can get very small. Depends on the game, as some games have comparatively huge fonts (i.e. Maple Colors), but a lot don't and then it's not that nice to read. Also I don't like low quality voice recordings, unvoiced is fine though.
