Victoria Elizabeth Scarlet, a vampire, Remilia and Flandre Scarlet's thought-to-be-lost sister.
When she was young she decided to travel the world without saying to anyone so everyone thought she disappeared forever but she didn't.
She's stronger than Remilia and can even be stronger than Flandre when angry so don't piss her off lol! She's also very smart and sophisticated, knows a lot about philosophy and literature and only listens to Mozart and Bach and occasionally to MCR (she learned about them in the outside world and she owns all of their records). Remilia won't admit it but she's always been jealous of Victoria because of how much better and cooler she is at everything than Remilia will ever be, but they're on good terms because they both understand that nothing is more important than family.
Her favorite colors are black and violet, her favorite weather is rain, and her favorite food is strawberry milkshake with chocolate chips.
