It's because these are the same players who are obsessed with kill/death ratios and whatnot. Little do they know that I'm raking in EXP by the fistful even without making any kills, as long as I put a serious hurting on some high-tier tanks.
-Kill a scout but don't damage anything else, camp and hide till team wins = something like 400exp or lower
-0 kills but damage an IS3, a KT, a Ferdi, and a VK3601 before getting popped, helping team win the match = over 1,000 exp almost guaranteed

I think my survival rate is something less than 30%, but I don't care because you've got to get out there and push when a push is needed to help your team win.
