First off I know that I am a newfag when it comes to vn's but i would love to get in to them. I know on /a/ they have lists of what you should watch / read. I was wondering if there was something similar to those for vn's. On a side note if there is any special programs required to install / translate please enlighten me. Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Even if tsundere is not your classical moe, tsundere is still a sub-genre of moe and therfore tsundere characters are moe in there own way by defoult.

And with that said I would propose a standard well known tsundere namely Rin from Fate/Stay Night and I would say that she fits your description rather good.
