Mori's design really paints her as a cool character, along with her autistic behavior (similar to Moona) makes them think she's cool and mysterious.
The Holos who are musically inclined like Watame and Suisei really respect her for being able to write and produce her own music but other than that know next to nothing about her.
Even Watame was shocked when she found how how little Japanese she knew for how long she has been in Japan. The sad thing about Watame is that even when they produced that song together, it was just done through a manager and describe as very business-like.

You think she has time to go watch all her VODs which have basically no translation or read the kind of nuance in those very few telling exchanges where Mori doesn't know Holos well at all, or watch her enough to notice she has a pattern of being real sluggish/uninterested in most collabs and ditches them early constantly, etc? She doesn't, and won't and can't. Mori is just "wow cool rapper girl" to her and probably always will be.
