She just doesn't care enough. If she needed to do it for money of course she would stream but even without streaming she's making bank. She's absolutely only in for the money so as long as she gets it she will not do anything. She has no passion for anything going on in hololive: not in being an idol, not in being a seiyuu, not in being a streamer, not is doing creating content, not in having a relationship with her fans, not in singing... not interest in nothing at all. She's just like the graduated EN but with a good model and a cute giggle and that's been enough to keep her afloat.

Subaru is unironically the most diligent member in gen 2 and that's why Yagoo likes her. Aqua was also very diligent but now she's not. She's still a hard worker but she just had enough of streaming: she graduated from it.
