Take my advice with a grain of salt because I basically never do lineart like this. You'll want to divide lines into as few strokes as you possibly can manage. I had to use two for the long line for the left part of the hair. When connecting you'll want to do the other line in a new layer so it doesn't mess up the line under it. Overshoot and erase. If you're naturally clean you won't have to clean up as much. And don't worry about getting the perfect line or following the sketch perfectly, actually I think it's better if you don't. I don't ctrl-z much for this reason. If you find yourself undo-ing a lot you gotta stop and ghost the stroke a bit. I don't use stabilizer if you were wondering.
