Shota Muraishi here to give you the tip of the day to staying fit.

Try using giant sets, giants sets is a modulation for hypertrophy where you do and exercise for an x amount of reps for as many sets as needed.
Lets say you plan on doing Tricep Pushdown, and you plan on doing 50 reps ,with a weight suitable to 10-20 rep range, your first set might be 15 reps, seconds set 13, third set 12 reps, you should aim for one more set of 12 to reach your reps goal or either do two more sets to reach it, do what feels right!.

Giant sets will make you stay in the gym longer, and remember, 6 hours a day 6 times a week + 10 hours of cardio a week for the best gains!
