I far as I can tell: A real schizophrenic(?), NEET, 50ish years old stalker that got doxxed and eventually got home invaded. He is constantly harassing (and been harassed) literally everyone around him. For him being harassed, it's for jokes/punishment for a few years now outside and in front of (his deceased parents ?) home.

There is more in depth stuff about him but my jap is not good, so if someone else can clarify that will be great, since there is no english info on this that I know of.
