I just think it's hilarious and nothing more. It's not like I'm going to fap to them. All these discussions about mystery, love, murder, truths, etc, all while everyone is naked.
Not to mention Ryukishi purposefully makes his sprites lewd, as seen from the Chester girls and Dlanor. And there is so much lewd in the dialogue that it's funny.

The trick isn't simply that we're making the entire cast naked, but that we're following Ryukishi's rule of lewd by stripping them naked except for a few piece of clothing.
